So a good outcome to the negotiations, as I see it. Obviously an end to hostilities would be better, but this is still some improvement to the catastrophe.
…and, then the Rus go and shoot up an operating nuclear reactor.
An acquaintance in Latvia who’s been giving updates pretty regularly says the tone out of Russia is changing drastically today. Possibly for the better (de-escalating). He’s hopeful this might actually end fairly soon with Russia pulling back. A lot of things happening today though.
I’m actively trying not to make light of what is going on…but I almost spit out my coffee when I saw this and I can’t stop cracking up over it every time I look at it.

Again, it’s no laughing matter, but Ukrainian officials really seem to know how to use comedy and satire to their advantage. They make the Russians look like fools.
