QUESTION

In PED 97/23 CE we have a limit for each category. If the pressure vessel design pressure is under 0,05 MPa, you have no requirement for PED.

My question about the ASME Code: What is the limit of design pressure for stamp U ?

It should be 15 psi (100 kPa), not 15 psi (100 MPa).

Second, I think stamping requirements dont specifically deal with pressure limits, but are governed/dictated by local jurisdiction, laws, etc.
