Can anyone enlighten me about the difference between BS EN 1993 to EN 1993 or they are just the same?

EN is the European Standard (ruling all over Europe).
BS EN is the UK Standard accepted by the UK Government. It is exactly the same without any modification (in Italy is the same as EN but translated in Italian)
If UK wants to add something more, UK can issue an “addendum” and this is ruling only in UK
