QUESTION
Is it possible to “snap” the solid A to solid B, in such a way that A will overlay the B one? (Body A is a dumb solid)
I would be very interested to know if I could do that in a similar way to the “snap” components command in Assembly workbench. Also, I would like to learn if the Compass can be used for the same reason like the one above (overlaying a body into another one)…

Put the solid that you want to move into another part in an assembly and then move that part at the assembly level. Once you get it where you want it 1. Activate the original part 2. Copy the solid in the new part 3. ‘Paste Special’ --> ‘As Result’ the solid back into the original part. It will be at the location that it is in the assembly.
