Are any of you aware of a good, comprehensive (US standard preferably) guide for connection design where multiple beams frame in at one level? Specifically, I am looking for the column checks required with 2 moment connections (col flange) and 2 shear connections (col web). However, I would appreciate a guide that covers many different situations.

I’m not sure you are going to find a guide that spells everything out for you. The AISC has a design guide for moment connections that is pretty good (design guide 13). Likewise, you then need to figure out how you are going to connect your beam in the weak axis, and what that is going to do to you panel zone shear.
