Are these the specs of an electric motor strong enough to propel an electric motorcycle?

12 amps x 220 volts = about 2.5 kW input electric power, i.e. around 3 horsepower.
Do you want it to keep up with traffic? Or is this one of those traffic-clogging e-bikes that can’t get out of their own way?
