I’m glad for SE coming into existence this year as another place for me to gain knowledge and hopefully pass some along. So thanks to those of you who had a part in starting the forum and those making it a good place to visit.

I hope everyone gets some time to relax and reflect as we all enter a new decade.
Stay safe everybody. Drink at home.
No drinking last night. I went to see the 7 pm “The Rise of Skywalker” with the kids last night. Good times! Now, we have the ham bone seasoning the greens and the black eyed peas in the slow cooker. Gotta cook some corn bread, then our traditional New Year Day’s dinner is served!
No fireworks at the Needle last night due to high winds. Just a laser light show. Bummer.
Laser light show is likely more ecologically friendly, anyway. About 20 years back I picked up a 5watt ‘targetting’ laser to try light shows… way too powerful… actually dangerous… didn’t know at the time.

Good movie, but kind of sad it’s over.
