Having a problem getting this wallet to download a coin onto it. Says addresses do it match from what I can see. Anyone know of any good sites or downloads to do a diagnostic on this piece of hardware? I can find initializing instructions, but no troubleshooting instructions. Hardware manufacturer is in France, email only. Customer service is crap. I’ m afraid my device may have been compromised.
