Anyone know of a simple, reliable, user-friendly, and inexpensive moment frame analysis program for residential application? RISA 2D is just too expensive for the little design I do right now.
Maybe Struct4U?
Simple, cheap, effective. But seems to be geared towards EU designs, nuot sure if thats an issue.
Just looking for a program that will give me the reactions and deflections for a moment frame. Likely material is steel. The language of this program is problematical for me.
If you just need simple analysis this spreadsheet from Alex Tomanovich would probably work.
